ConCom was founded in 1987 by Scotty Connal, a visionary leader with a passion for sports production. With decades of experience - first as Vice President at NBC Sports, and later as one of the early pioneers of ESPN, where he served as COO - Scotty helped shape the modern landscape of sports broadcasting. His forward-thinking approach set the foundation for ConCom’s mission: delivering specialized production solutions for unique rights holders, leagues, and world-class events.

Over the years, ConCom has grown into a trusted production powerhouse, known for tackling some of the most logistically complex live productions in the world.
